Fly Neverest — 3D Drone Studio Website

We built flyneverest.com for a Colorado Springs drone studio: one page, five distinct 3D designs that take turns every hour, each flying its own drone, all reading from one shared source of content.

The Challenge

A solo drone operator — real estate listings, business ads, land and events across Colorado — needed a website that shows the craft the moment it opens, without becoming a heavy app or a maintenance job.

The previous site spread thin service and city pages across two dozen URLs. The story a client actually needs is short: what gets filmed, how a shoot works, and how fast the video arrives.

Our Solution

One page, five designs. Ascent, Cartograph, Lens, Blueprint and Horizon tell the same story in five visual languages, and the homepage switches to the next design every hour, so returning visitors rarely see the same site twice.

Every design flies its own 3D drone through a scene built for its theme: a night estate, a survey map, a cinema corridor of real shots, a construction site and paper ridges at golden hour. All five read their text from one content file, so an edit is made once and appears everywhere.

What We Built

  • Five 3D designs on Three.js with a shared drone engine, switched automatically every hour on the server.
  • A short themed loader for each design that plays on the first visit and can be skipped with a tap.
  • The studio's brand kit across every theme: logo, icons and favicons.
  • One content source for all designs: services, example shots, About and FAQ.
  • A booking form that sends every new lead straight to the owner's phone by SMS.
  • Technical SEO: structured data for the business, the site and the FAQ, a sitemap, robots and llms.txt, with the old site's URLs redirected.
  • Google Analytics 4 and Search Console connected from day one.

How We Delivered

Process

We started from how the owner really works — half-day or full-day shoots with an FPV drone and a standard drone, video delivered in 24–48 hours — and cut the copy down to exactly that.

Design

Five concepts, each kept in its own style, then polished together: the brand in every header, text that stays readable over 3D, and scene geometry corrected so houses, trees and columns stand where physics puts them.

Build

A static build: every design compiles to plain HTML with local assets, served by nginx. There is no database to run and nothing to patch.

Launch & Support

Each release goes out through a guarded script that checks the server, takes a backup and builds to a temporary folder before anything goes live. Search Console verification, sitemap submission and analytics were set up through Google's APIs.

Results & Value Delivered

A site that looks like the work

Visitors see a drone in flight in the first second, on every design.

One edit, five designs

Content lives in one file, so changing a service or an answer updates every theme at once.

Leads reach a phone, not an inbox

Every booking request arrives as a text message, so the owner can reply within a couple of hours.
