DEMODE gives the creative industry a real platform: profiles, availability, AI matching, and a workflow for assembling a shoot team.

We also produced promotional videos for big screens and event shows to anchor the brand.

The Approach — What We Weighed

Assembling a shoot team isn't one booking — it's models, photographers, videographers and stylists coming together at once. That shape drove the build-versus-buy call.

Options on the table

• Fork a generic gig-marketplace template — quick to stand up, but modelled on single-provider bookings, not teams.
• Run matching as a manual concierge service — personal, yet the exact bias and slowness the platform meant to fix.
• Build a custom platform with AI matching — a heavier lift, but it fits how shoots are actually crewed.

What we proposed

We proposed the custom platform. Off-the-shelf marketplaces assume you book one person for one job; a shoot needs a whole crew matched by role, availability and fit, which a gig template can't express without fighting it. Building our own let AI matching assemble teams around a real brief and gave newer talent a surface to be discovered on rather than relying on who was already in someone's phone. Pairing the platform with big-screen promo video also anchored DEMODE as a brand in front of the exact creative audience it needed to recruit.
